Prices do not include entrance tickets, meals, or accommodation.
Extra time will incur additional charges: RM50.00 per hour for standard vehicles, RM80.00 per hour for luxury vehicles.
Payment must be made upon booking confirmation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will incur a full charge.
Cancellations or date changes made more than 24 hours before departure are acceptable.
A full refund will be provided in the case of an emergency or illness, provided proof is presented, and the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before departure.
