Delays exceeding the one-hour grace period may result in additional charges or require alternative transfer arrangements.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the pickup time or failure to show up will result in the full charge for the transfer.
