2. Flight Delays: We understand that flight schedules may change. Yeepin Travel provides a one-hour waiting grace period in the event of flight delays. Guests are required to inform us as early as possible of any flight rescheduling or delays so that transfer arrangements can be adjusted accordingly. Delays exceeding the one-hour grace period may result in additional charges or require alternative transfer arrangements.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the pickup time or failure to show up will result in the full charge for the transfer.
4. No-Show Policy: In the event that the passenger does not show up or fails to notify us of any delay, a full charge will be applied for the transfer service.
5. Luggage Restrictions: Yeepin Travel allows one standard luggage per guest based on vehicle size and capacity. Guests carrying additional or oversized luggage are required to book a larger vehicle in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the need for a separate vehicle. 6. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged prior to booking.
7. Vehicle Availability and Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in case of unforeseen circumstances. The substitution will be of equal or greater comfort and capacity.
8. Force Majeure: Yeepin Travel shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or severe weather conditions.
9. Passenger Conduct: All passengers must adhere to local laws and regulations during the transfer. Yeepin Travel reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger is found to be engaging in inappropriate behavior or violating terms of conduct.
