Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or SMS within 24 hours of reservation. If your preferred time or vehicle is unavailable, we will offer an alternative.

Vehicle Availability:

The vehicle type selected at the time of booking is subject to availability. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance where the selected vehicle is unavailable, we will offer a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost.

Pick-Up Time:

For arrivals, drivers will monitor flight status to ensure they are on time for your arrival. Should there be a delay due to flight rescheduling, we will accommodate the new arrival time without additional charges.

For departures, please ensure you are ready for pick-up at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Additional Charges:

A surcharge may apply for airport pick-ups between 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Additional charges will apply for out-of-area locations, including areas not accessible by standard routes or for areas located beyond Langkawi’s regular hotel zones.

Changes and Cancellations:

Changes to the booking can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Changes within 12 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total transfer cost.

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% charge.

No-Show Policy:

If the passenger fails to show up at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided. A 100% charge will apply for no-shows.

Responsibility of Passengers:

Passengers must provide accurate flight details and pick-up/drop-off locations at the time of booking.

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all luggage is accounted for during the transfer. Any lost items should be reported immediately, and we will assist in retrieval where possible. Force Majeure:

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, traffic accidents, or other unforeseen events that are beyond our control.

Liability:

Langkawi Luxury Airport Transfer services are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from passenger negligence. Passengers are advised to keep seatbelts fastened at all times while in the vehicle.

Payment Terms:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the same payment method used for the booking.
